Drainage of Storm Water and Wastewater

Wastewater sewerage study for the Municipality of Leonidio and carrying out of topographical works. Sewer pipes, the wastewater pumping station and the waste treatment centre were studied.

Τhe projects studies are:

a) Management of the SOURES torrent from the convergence of the diversion onto the Sarantapotamos torrent to the convergence of the diversion of the Agia Ekaterini flume, totalling approximately 3,900 m in length;

b) diversion of the Agia Ekaterini flume from its inlet to the extension of the Mandra urban plan area up to its convergence with the Soures torrent, totalling approximately 1,500 m in length;

c) extension of the Koropouli flume pipe by 750 m ;

d) management of the Agios Ioannis torrent, along 6,270 m, i.e. from the area below the Elefsina-Spata Freeway to its outfall, through a diversion (approximately 1,500 m in length) onto the Sarantapotamos torrent;

e) management of the two secondary branches, D (approximately 600 m in length) and E (approximately 850 m in length).

The contract related to carrying out studies at a:

Pre-study stage:

a) management of flumes in the area;

b) the storm water sewerage network of Aspropirgos;

Definitive stage:

a) the secondary wastewater sewerage network of Aspropirgos;

b) the storm water sewerage network of Aspropirgos;

c) management of flumes in the area.

Sewer pipes at the extension of the Municipality of Voula

1) Definitive flood prevention project study at kilometre point 20+000 of the Athens-Corinth National Road , at the Chalivourgiki area. Storm water pipes, 2500 mm in diameter and ~650 m in length, and 1000 mm in diameter and ~200 m in length, and pipe jacking 1000 mm in diameter and ~200 m in length

2) Pre-study and definitive study of storm water pipes at the areas of Salamina and Paloukia on the island of Salamina (awaiting approval)

3) Definitive study for managing Eschatia Liosion on Flevas Street , between Trizinias Street and Asklipiou Street . Management of part of the Eschatia flume with a closed rectangular channel 10~10.5X5.0 m and a total length of ~900 m

4) Preliminary study for managing the converging flumes of Eschatia in the Municipality of Kamatero . Flume management with welded mesh gabions along 2km and with closed channels along 1.8km.

5) Pre-study of storm water sewerage network in areas Kontopefko, Paradisos and Pefkakia in the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi . Storm water network at a surface area of 160 ha . Total channel length ~10km with a diameter ranging from 1,400 mm to 400mm.

6) Amendment of the definitive study of the main storm water collector for Agios Ioannis Rentis and converging flumes.

7) Pre-study of storm water sewerage on Miaoulis coast in Piraeus

Temporary increase in the supply of pumping station 29 by installing a new horizontal pumping unit. Study of a temporary discharge pipe between existing pumping stations and a new discharge pipe.
